2018 Summer Internship – Field Survey Technician

Land Development Project Manager
AKS has immediate openings for permanent full-time Senior Project Managers with a minimum of 10 years of experience. This individual would be responsible for managing site development projects, managing a civil design team, coordinating with jurisdictions, and maintaining client relations. The preferred candidate would be self-motivated and have a background in managing commercial site design, residential subdivision design, roadway design, and public infrastructure design. Knowledge and familiarity with local codes and agency standards is important. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil engineer who has built a career doing quality site development and would like to pursue more diverse projects with greater responsibility in a casual atmosphere. Public Works Project Manager
AKS is looking for a permanent full-time Project Manager/Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in public works projects. The focus of this position is to lead the development of the public works design services to local jurisdictions and grow this sector of work. Projects will include transportation, stormwater, wastewater, and water system projects. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, completing projects on schedule, managing project profitability, managing a civil design team, and coordinating with other in-house disciplines.
