Sherwood Town Center Regional Stormwater Facility

Sherwood, OR

AKS provided land use planning, surveying, and civil engineering for the design and construction of a regional stormwater facility that will serve over a 100-acre basin. This facility allowed two existing stormwater facilities to be taken off-line and consolidated into one facility that will also include an additional 50 acres of developable land. AKS is coordinating with a local natural resource firm to obtain the necessary ODSL and USACE wetland permits, as well as with Clean Water Services to obtain the required Service Provider letter. A land use partition application was processed that will allow this facility to be placed in a tract that will be dedicated to the City of Sherwood. Following design, AKS provided construction surveying, construction administration, as-built, and platting services.
