AKS provided topographic surveying, property boundary surveying, construction staking, land use planning, civil engineering, construction administration, construction inspection, and arborist services for more than 400 new residential units in three subdivisions. These projects included condominiums and apartments on over 30 acres of land for Sequoia Crossing Townhomes, Sequoia Landing Townhomes, and The Landing Apartments.
