Earlier this month two of our talented team members, Renee Godwin and Connie Hansen, lead a discussion at a Portland Human Resources Management Association (PHRMA) meeting, where they shared how AKS’ marketing and human resources departments are working together to address recruiting, onboarding, and retention. Too often, these departments work independently and don’t utilize their respective skills and strengths.
