Located in the heart of Hillsboro, Oregon, Reed’s Crossing provides a one-of-a-kind community with access to recreation, shopping, dining, schools and 36 acres of open spaces connected by walking trails. Our team of land use planners, civil engineers, natural resource specialists, landscape architects, surveyors and construction inspectors have been partnering with Brookfield Properties for the last 4 years to help bring this unique community to life.

Reed’s Crossing by Brookfield Properties has been named a Grand Award winner for Best Community Land Plan by the judges of the 59th Annual Gold Nugget Awards, in addition to being in the top-five finalists for Masterplan Community of the Year! GNA is the largest and most prestigious competition of its kind in the nation, and honors design and planning achievements in community and home design, green-built housing, site planning, commercial, retail, mixed-use development and specialty housing categories. Reed’s Crossing was one of 600+ entries from around the world.

A new Providence Health facility represents the organization’s choice to focus on integrated health by ensuring care access to the local community. Inside residents of Reed’s Crossing can find fitness, wellness and physical therapy facilities.

Brookfield Properties also recently presented AKS with their Robert B. McLeod Partners in Placemaking Award. We are proud to be partners with Brookfield Properties on this award-winning community of just over 4,000 dwelling units.
