AKS Engineering & Forestry is holding a neighborhood meeting for a proposal to amend the existing Petrosa Master Plan Transportation Mitigation Plan in Bend Development Code Table 2.7.3980 by modifying the “triggers” for two transportation improvements. The amendment will not remove Pahlisch Homes’ obligation to construct the two transportation improvements by the time that they are needed.
