Dwyer Creek Business Center Site Plan

AKS completed surveying, civil engineering design, land use planning, and landscape architecture for this 10-acre light industrial/commercial, three-phase campus-style business park in Camas. The site plan, includes infrastructure for three buildings, with wet utilities and stormwater design. Due to site topography, a large retaining wall was required to maximize the usable area. Phase I consisted of the construction of a three-story, 85,000-square-foot mixed-use tilt-up building, and associated site improvements, including utilities, landscaping, parking, etc. Building II will be a 35,754-square-foot flex building, and Building III will be a 7,934-square-foot flex building.
