The Inland Shores Townhomes are a planned residential development in Keizer, Oregon, with a portion of the lots lying within the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA). AKS worked with the City of Keizer and property owner to remove these development lots from the SFHA by providing flood elevation surveying and permitting.
