AKS was nominated by Newland staff for the Reed’s Crossing project in Hillsboro, Oregon. “AKS was brought on as Newland’s lead planning and engineering firm at the time when Reed’s Crossing was struggling to get started. Facing a challenging regulatory and entitlement environment, AKS was able to leverage their experience and relationships to gain elusive project approvals. AKS has engrossed their team in the project as if they were the developer. They are a true partner and we would not be successful at Reed’s Crossing without them.”
