AKS assisted the client with the development of a new 13,500-square-foot industrial facility on a one-acre site within the City of Battle Ground. In order to meet start timelines, AKS worked closely with the City, owner, architect, and contractor to successfully see an expedited land use/engineering application through the City of Battle Ground’s review process.
