Over a number of years, AKS has provided civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for several projects at this winery. Improvements have included a bottling room, expansion of the production building, a loading dock, a new production building, a 36-inch bypass storm line, coordination with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for new driveway access to Parks Drive, and public improvements to Maple and 11th Streets. Additionally, AKS assisted with a new tank system installed on the southern side of Building 7, which incorporated a new pad, catch basin, and conveyance plan with area/sizing calculations and stormwater collection and treatment.
