AKS worked with Perlo Construction to provide civil engineering, septic system design feasibility, topographic and site design surveying, water rights, and land use planning for this winery on a 5-acre site. The new 0.92-acre facility was designed around an existing residence and included an outbuilding, landscaping, and other improvements. With a maximum annual production of 50,000 gallons of wine, the new facilities will support growth of winery operations and “agri-tourism” commercial events.
