Carty Road Cluster and Fish Passage Culvert

AKS assisted in the development of a new 12-lot cluster subdivision on 58 acres that contained critical areas, including streams, stream buffers, wetlands, wetland buffers, steep slopes, and unstable slopes, and is accessed by a private road. The project included design of a 3,000-foot private road that featured a major stream crossing and required design of a fish passage structure.
