As part of the French wine company’s expansion into Oregon’s optimal climate for growing grapes, AKS provided civil engineering services for the proposed 232-acre site in Yamhill County. AKS provided land surveying and civil engineering services, as well as site grading, erosion control and stormwater design, and evaluations of the site and building elevations to balance earthwork with retaining wall costs.
