As an effort to convert the existing artificial turf infield and sand-based sod outfield to a fully synthetic turf field, AKS provided topographic surveying and civil engineering services. Under a tight project schedule beginning in November of 2014, the project was completed in March of 2015 prior to the start of spring training for OSU’s National Champion baseball team. The site comprised 3 acres of total ground disturbance, 1,700 bank cubic yards of aggregate fill, and matching to existing grandstand facilities.
