The Port owns two properties that support breeding and wintering streaked horned larks, including the Portland International Airport and undeveloped parcels in the Rivergate Industrial District. The AKS Natural Resources team prepared a Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) for managing streaked horned larks on Port properties.
