AKS was hired to provide erosion control inspection services for the demolition of a derelict building on the Centennial Mills site in 2017. The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) 1200C permit required daily erosion control inspections, coupled with close monitoring of the weather and site conditions to minimize sediment entering the Willamette River, contribute to the overall success of the project, and pass an Oregon DEQ audit.
