This storage facility contains 430 units of open, covered, partially enclosed, and fully enclosed storage units, including luxury climate-controlled, fully electrical units, RV storage spaces, and wine storage spaces on 7 acres. Since the land had originally been part of a planned unit development and consumer demand had exceeded the original storage capacity, AKS provided services for the expansion of the facility. One of the more significant challenges was the coordination of the US Army Corps of Engineers Joint Permit Application.
