City of Keizer Shoreline Drive Storm Drain Repair

An existing storm line was found to be running under a house that was in the process of adding a second story. The City determined the need to move quickly to prevent settlement from occurring under the house as a result of the extra weight, so the project was granted emergency status to move the storm line. AKS collaborated with the City to install new storm drain pipeline between two existing homes by boring a 170-foot-long line within the 15-foot strip of land.
