This one-acre project located in the western portion of the 92-acre campus included the design of a new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-accessible parking lot and drive aisles, staircase, an ADA ramp, and the redesign of the drop-off lanes for the Aquatic and Athletic Centers. AKS worked with THPRD staff to create a water-efficient design for the irrigation system, address site needs, evaluate stormwater requirements, evaluate trees on site, design improvements, and topographically survey the site within tight construction constraints.
