AKS was brought on to provide construction staking services for a seismic retrofit of Washington County’s Public Services building. Since a short turnaround time was crucial for this project, AKS had to establish and run control points quickly and efficiently throughout all levels of the 112,000-square-foot site with a 20,000-square-foot building and associated improvements. The control network enabled AKS to provide the layout on all floors of the building, which was critical for the seismic retrofitting process.
