AKS is providing professional consulting services for the construction of this 77-large-lot development with an average lot size of over 8,000 square feet on what was once a 22-acre tree and hazelnut farm in Oregon City. Other than assisting in the site design of the single-family homes, AKS is designing street extensions for five streets, right-of-way dedication, three new streets, sanitary sewer and stormwater utilities, water system extensions, and a 1.35-acre open space area. Home construction began in 2019.
