AKS provided professional consulting services as an independent consultant for multiple locations throughout Washington and Oregon for Wilco, a successful retail chain. Services provided have included civil engineering, landscape architecture, topographic surveying, and construction administration. Site improvements typically included full or partial site restoration/reconfiguration to meet their needs, as well as stormwater upgrades to meet current water quality and detention/infiltration standards, new curbs and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps, landscaping, irrigation, and loading dock improvements.
